Here at WayCool, we are proud to offer you the highest quality tags in the business! If, for some unfortunate reason, you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us
with a detailed account of your problem. Be sure to include a photograph to show us what went wrong, and we will verify the issue at hand. Use your great photography skills and take some angled shots!
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not allow returns for anything other than quality issues. Order the wrong size? Bummer. Don’t like what you designed? We have a service for that! Or maybe take a design class. Tags falling apart? Shoot us an email
and we can fix that.
Here are some key points of our returns policy:
- Any product defects must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of delivery.
- We insist you attach a photo of your defective product to assist with identifying the issue.
- If we proceed with reproducing or refunding your order, we will do so within 5 business days after verification of the error.
- If we request you return your order, we will pay for return shipping.
- All WayCool sales are final.
