Q. What file formats do you accept?
A. You can upload JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, EPS, AI, and PSD image files. We recommend using 300dpi images for the best end product. We also allow you to upload a name list in either an Excel or .CSV file on certain products.

Q. How thick are your tags?
A. All of our tags are .030" thick, or about the thickness of your credit card. They're also made the same way as credit cards, so they're built to last!

Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship all of our products out of our factory in Minnesota.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, we only ship to the United States. 

Q. I want to make upload a name list but I don’t see an option to upload one?
A. Only products indicated by “List Upload” allow for name list uploading. If you have a name list that you need uploaded, shoot us an email and we can work it out.

Q. What if I want to use a font that is not listed in your product designer?
A. If you want to use a font we don’t offer in our designer, shoot us an email with some details on what you need and we will let you know what we can do!

Q. Are your products Made in the USA
A. Yes! All of the products on our website are proudly Made in the USA!

Q. How can I contact you if I have questions or issues?

Q. Do you accept returns or refunds?
A. We only accept returns due to quality issues. See our Returns page for more details.

Q. I have a custom job. Can you handle my needs?
A. Of course! If you have a custom job that none of the products on our website can handle, our staff can! Just fill out our Contact Us form and we'll get things rolling.
